$PATOSHI is a Solana SPL token used to coordinate a community, gate access to participatory features, and reward voluntary contributions. It is not an investment contract, not a security, not a deposit, and not a digital representation of fiat currency. Buyers participate to support a culture, not to obtain a financial return from a managerial team.

The pre-sale described on the website is a community fundraising round capped at 5% of total supply. Participation is voluntary. There is no guarantee of a future market price, no obligation to list on any specific venue, and no fiduciary relationship between the community and the participants. Funds collected are used for product, marketing, audits, liquidity bootstrapping, and community ops.

Patoshi is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where holding, transferring, or trading SPL tokens is restricted, including (without limitation) the United States of America, the People’s Republic of China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, the Crimean region, the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk, and any jurisdiction subject to OFAC primary sanctions. Participants are responsible for verifying that they may lawfully participate.

We do not currently collect formal KYC documentation. Should regulatory circumstances change, the community may introduce a KYC layer for the pre-sale, the Red Market, or the NFT mint. Suspicious or sanctioned wallets will be excluded from rewards and refunds.

The Bamboo DAO is the community organ for proposals, polls, and forum-style discussion. Decisions taken in the DAO are non-binding intentions. The development collective retains discretion over implementation, emergency action, and security measures.

Brand assets (logo, mascot, type system, illustrations) are licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 to community members for fan works, memes, and ecosystem promotion. Commercial reuse requires community-council approval.

Hate speech, doxing, scams, market manipulation, and personal threats are forbidden. Moderators may remove posts and revoke participation rights. Repeated offenders may have rewards forfeited.
